Kainga Ora Social Housing Development

Bayside Plumbing was proud to contribute to this Kainga Ora social housing development, completed in collaboration with Taylor Plumbing & Drainage. The project involved plumbing works for fourteen brand-new homes, including two specially designed for residents living with disabilities.

Our team handled all plumbing installations from groundwork to final fit-off, ensuring every home was completed to a high standard, on time, and fully compliant.

This thoughtfully planned development features a mix of two- and three-bedroom homes, making them ideal for small families, couples, and older individuals. Two ground-floor units are fully accessible, helping to support greater independence for people with mobility needs.

It was a rewarding project to be part of—supporting inclusive, community-focused housing that meets a diverse range of needs.
