“These guys Zeke & his companion (sorry forgot his name, young chap) are amazing, professional, friendly and supply exceptional workmanship. I was in a bit of a pickle with my toilet and these guys squeezed me in on the same day and fixed, replaced my toilet. I cant thank them enough. They even took their shoes off when entering my home and cleaned up afterwards, amazing!!! If you ever need a plumber, I highly recommend this team. Many thanks from Kerikeri”
— A. Mason“6 stars! cant rate these guys highly enough - super responsive (arrived within the hour, the morning before a long weekend, when the pump died), problem sorted with a minimum of fuss, inside predicted budget, and now everything works as it should. Bayside Plumbing every time. Thank you Zeke.”
— C. Toomey“We had an excellent experience with Bayside Plumbing. They travelled all the way from Kerikeri to install our new Rheem AmbiPower hot water heat pump, replacing our old gas cylinder, and the entire process was seamless.
The team was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. Zeke took the time to explain everything, ensured the installation was done to a high standard, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards.
We really appreciated their communication and willingness to go the extra mile (literally!). Highly recommend Bayside Plumbing to anyone considering upgrading to a hot water heat pump.”
— J. Day“From my initial phone call, the customer service was out standing. The young man who came to fix my tap was pleasant, professional, and respectful. Nothing was a problem, and he did a fantastic job. The charges were fair and clearly explained. I’ll definitely be recommending this plumbing company to everyone.”
— S. Jessop“Zeke and his team were great. He communicated really well from the moment I called right through to the end of the job, keeping me in the loop if he was running late, taking photos and videos of the faulty parts, explaining exactly what the problem was, and making himself available if we had any questions.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially after dealing with other local plumbers who, on paper, seemed to provide a great service but, in reality, couldn't even reply to a text message.
Thanks, Zeke! Wishing you and your business all the best!”
